SCHEDULE FINDER PARSER UPGRADE

Please complete this form to schedule your FINDER parser upgrade.

What to Expect:
-No disruptions in using the FINDER platform.
-Some agencies may temporarily notice legacy data missing in FINDER until the re-upload process completes. This is expected and will resolve automatically.
-We will need your assistance to log us into the parser machine for approximately three (3) hours on day one, and then periodically every few days until the process is complete.
